Add AccountLayoutModule on app.module.ts for all templates #14356
Description
Resolves #14238 when the use choose Resource Owner Flow, The user must add AccountLayoutModule on app.module. I have added this definion on templates.

How to test it?
when you set "resource owner flow" on a app that on templates folder, The apps should work without any additional steps.
