Suite: Disable RemoteService for Nolayers Host projects in the generated AppService #13053

resolves #13049

To test this: Create app-nolayer-pro projects and generate code, check if they are working. This PR should only effect Angular UI, but you can test other UI types too. (Database provider doesn't matter.)
