Update Angular Bookstore example #11807

Resolves #10992

@gizemmutukurt I've tested after the update but. Could you test the app that is on the /Volo/abp/samples/bookstore-angular-MongoDB/

The app called Bookstore is an example ABP project. The purpose of the PR is to update the angular and ABP versions up to the latest. The main goal is it should work as properly, the PR should not break the main functionality of the sample app.
