Update visibility condition for nav items in NavItemsComponent.html #13845
Description
Add visibile fn null check.
Resolves #13844
- I fully tested it as developer / designer and created unit / integration tests

- I've assigned reviewer, related labels and set a milestone for this PR
How to test it?
It must be released, after that. Create an app with Lepton theme. Expected behavior : Everything is works. visible fn error must be disappear
