Switch from Ocelot to YARP for the microservice solution template #15065

Description

Resolves #14918

Ocelot has been replaced with YARP. Therefore there are some breaking changes:

• ocelot.json replaced with yarp.json
• Helm configurations are updated for gateways. Gateway reRoutes contains url only. dns, schema, host and port are removed.
