Add "bulk delete feature" for AngularUI to suite #16892

How to test it ?

Switch to rel-8.1 branch in ABP repo
Run abp > npm > deploy-suite-run-before-nuget.ps1 file in terminal
Run suite in volo repo via dotnet run command
Create project and try to test bulk delete process

Result

Everything must be the same with other UIs
